Cynthia Lou (Thompson) Zeigler, age 71, entered into eternal rest on January 29, 2025, in Burr Oak, Kansas. She was born January 14, 1954, in Wellington, Kansas to Lester and Freda (Humes) Jones.

At a young age, Cynthia was adopted by Marion Reed "Pete" and Wilma "Piper" Thompson. She later graduated from Reeds Spring High School. Shortly after, she married Dennis Baugher. This union brought three children; Amanda, Cassie, and Cody. They later divorced.

In Cynthia's spare time, you could find her reading a Western book, spending time with family, or fishing. She also had a green thumb and enjoyed being out in the garden and watering the flowers.

Cynthia loved to help people which is why she worked as a CNA. Between Jewell County Hospital, Beloit Hospital, and at-home care in Burr Oak, Cynthia provided twenty-plus years of tender loving care.
