Danielle Nicole "Nikki" Schultze

Danielle Nicole “Nikki” Schultze was born November 23, 1993, at Bakersfield, California, to William and Trina (Gann) Schultze, and she went to be with the Lord on June 6, 2010, at Harper, Kansas, at the age of 16 years, 6 months, and 13 days.

Danielle and her family moved to Kansas when she was 4 years old. She attended Mankato schools and had just completed her sophomore year. She enjoyed school stuff, playing her flute in the band, and loved to write short stories and poetry. She was also gifted with her ability to draw. Family and friends who knew her well called her Nikki. Nikki was active in Scholars Bowl and forensics. She was an exciting person to be around, who would try anything, and sometimes being overly rambunctious.

Nikki was preceded in death by her grandfather, Dennis Schultze. Danielle is survived by her parents, William and Trina Schultze, two sisters, Jessica Schultze and Anna Belle Schultze, all of the home in Mankato, Kansas; maternal grandparents, Don and Bell Robbins, Jewell, Kansas; and paternal grandmother, Bobbi Schultze of Mankato, Kansas; and a host of other relatives and friends.

A celebration of Danielle Nicole “Nikki” Schultze’s life, will be (was) 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 12, 2010, at the Christian Church, Jewell, Kansas, with Pastor Daniel Daniels officiating. Visitation will be (was) Friday, June 11, 2010, at the Melby Mortuary from 9:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. Donations for Danielle Schultze can be sent to the Melby Mortuary, P O Box 384, Mankato, Kansas 66956.
